1957.

Steve Conger has 3 decades of
experience in irrigation system design, installation,
maintenance and sales and brings a high level of competency
to his position as an irrigation specialist for Quantum.
Educated through the CIT programs at CSU Fresno and CalPoly,
Steve began designing commercial and residential irrigation
systems in Oakdale and Modesto in 1981. Steve first started
with Quantum Irrigation in 1997 and continues to excel in
Sprinkler, Drip, Micro and Flood Irrigation system design
and maintenance
